Bot Issues

i've noticed recently that bots no longer leave the server when players connect.

i've been using a bot.cfg (as posted somewhere here on the forums) without any issues.

i have a bot_auto_vacate in my cfg, and from what i understood (from the months of using it) that when real players start to exceed bot players, bots will start to leave.

now, it longer does so......has anyone else had this issue ? any solutions ?
