just copy the game folder to another game folder and run them seperatley.

Example:

C:\MYSERVER

Right click, MYSERVER
Click COPY
Right click an empty area, click PASTE
rename the new folder (should be called Copy of MYSERVER) to MYSERVER2 or somthing
Now Change the server.cfg files in MYSEVER2 to whatever you like

run both c:\MYSERVER\srcds.exe
and c:\MYSERVER2\srcds.exe

Just make a startup line with a different server port.

In the different command line put, exec server2.cfg. In the next one put exec server3.cfg. And etc. Then as for mods, just don't put anything in the autoexec.cfg file, just run it all from the command line Smile.

If you want LOTS of differences, make different installs.
