Ubuntu server , Multiple server!

First: sorry for my bad english!
Im currently using Windows Server 2003 as my Scrds os...

Im gonna change to Ubuntu server 8.04.1 and wonder about one thing...

Since ubuntu server is in Commandline interface... how do i run multiple server? since every one off them have a terminal each...

is Screen the key?

the way i think i want and hope i can have it... is

Server with ubuntu server and the reselution... and to controll them i want too use a WebUI... if someone can recommend me to one... i have heard about hldStart is this a good one.?

hldStart is ok but when someone is willing to donate a linux server I will make a control panel just for this community.

You can run multiple servers in Ubuntu, essentially you start different instances in the command line.
