CsS SRCDS question

I am having problems with getting my server for CSS on the internet...LAN is showing up just fine. I have forwarded my ports following numerous guides and forums posted on the net as well as portforwarding.com. I was successful yesterday morning; my server showed up and some one even connected to it....but since then I havent been able to get it to work, I cant figure it out. if anyone has some idea or could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
Below is a screen shot of the final product after starting my server, if i'm not mistaken I believe there should by a colored bar at the top of the console when the server is really up?.?.?.

update: the colored bar is there showing my fps and stuff is there when I scroll up....but i still cant figure out why I cant get my server to show up on the internet or anyone cant connect to it outside the LAN..help

try adding -sv_lan 0 to your startup line.

Dangit...no luck...still coming up in LAN tab but none in internet tab

Are you behind a router or firewall? Make sure you unblock the right ports, along with allowing srcds through your firewall.

The firewall is disabled....how do these look?

Can you set 27000-27039 as protocol "both" or "all"?
forwarding the same ports twice normally creates issues.

yea, i have mine 27000-27040 unblocked using both. works wonders. . .

Dang... it only gives me the option either or , not both...do the same ports HAVE to be open on UDP and TCP? or can I divvy them out some how where neither are interfering w/ each other

my old router i set them all to udp, and it worked fine. give it a try. worse comes to worse, set the server in the dmz zone.

Man...none of it seems to be working...how goes the DMZ? So far I haven't been able to find to many thorough articles on setting your pc on a DMZ ..What about Hamachi, Ive been avoiding it because It feels like cheating(considering Ive been struggling w/ srcds and port forwarding so long) but really I dont know how much easier that would b anyways. But I am very interested in this DMZ someone suggested that to me on IRC server a couple o nights ago...AND BTW I appreciate the support you guys have givin me...im totally lost

ok, login to your router, and search around in there, its usually in the advanced or security section, and itll say dmz zone, and you enter your server computer's local ip address.
