If your going to run a server on your laptop and your behind router, you need the internal ip to be able to run it.

I haven't been able to run multiple srcds on my own computer without adding the command lines in each server startup with +tv_port and +clientport.

If your trying to test to run multiple srcds on your laptop and your behind a router, you should do multiple ips then.

As for your actual server, you should check if the ports are correctly opened.

The besy way that I have found that hasn't failed me in having all my servers vac secured is if you just use multiple ips.

Well the srcds are going to be on my server. All of them already have there +tv_port, and I tried +clientport, +clientport worked it just didn't change anything with the vac.

I have all TCP and UDP ports opened on my router for my server, and I have the server on the DMZ.

The -ip 12.123.12.12 still does not work, same "could not allocate dedicated udp port" problem. Do I need to have my server set up with a static ip to run that command or something?

How do I use multiple Ips?

if you are assigned to multiple ip's, then you put the choses ip into the startup line, as for one ip, you need different ports. also do you have a software firewall as well? try disabling that.
