Server is available on Internet and LAN, but no one can see it?

Alright, I don't think this is a usual problem here. Here is the thing. I can't get my server fully working on the laptop I'm using. I can see the server on both LAN and Internet, still no one else seems to be able to join. When I try to launch it with my stationary computer, it works perfectly. So I'm using the same network but it will only work on one of the computers I'm trying. The only big difference I've figured out so far is that one is using Vista (the working one) and XP (the non-working one).

Any ideas?

I still don't know what to do. Could it have anything to do with the firewall settings I'm using on the computer? Is there anything the computer maybe is blocking? I need to know where to look.

Well, I'm using a modem so that shouldn't be a problem.
