I have my servers run a decent 240-250fps, but when I put in a SourceTV things start to go crazy and bouce from like 230-290fps. I have tried multiple ways of enabling the source tv through command line, configs, ect... But nothing I have tried can make it stop effecting the server fps.
Any ideas?

Woh? You serious? So when professionals are playing on servers with SourceTV so people like me and you can watch, they are dealing with that lovely spiking fps? Sounds kinda strange...

My highend warservers are very stable, even if I have sourcetv on or off.
FPS at 985-993.
So I agree with HBS|Ryan 100%
