Help please

Hi, in new here, and i need some help setting up a server. here is what i have done:

1.Downloaded scrids.exe and all that jaz
2. Opened ports on my DSL box AND my router. ( i think i might have mested up here, i don't know)
3. this is what my server ip is: 192.168.0.2:27015 (is this wrong?)

Here is the basic problem, no one can connect but i DID open ports. i have a westell 2200, and i have a Net Gear mr814 v2.

I think i might have messed up with the ports? but i don't think i did? they are the right upd/tcp i checked 6 times and they are right. so what do i do now?

yes, i gave it to them, and they cannot connect, if it helps i can see the server in my Lan tab

192.168.0.2:27015 WRONG go http://www.whatismyip.org and give that ip then :27015
