STEAMID PENDING problem

Gettings this problem on specific servers.
everyone gets it so it is definitly server side. only way to fix it so far is to reboot the box itself.

Anyone know what causes this and how to resolve it?

Usually the SteamID is resolved after a few seconds. Turn logging on by typing in 'log on' and then use the log files. Add 'log on' to your server.cfg if necessary.
