SRCDS Steam group


not seeing console messages

I am not able to seen players joining/leaving what is going on ingame... etc.

How come? Did i forget to turn something on?

I am able to see the startup messages but no in game msgs... like I can see this

hmm, you seem to have everything you need to see logs in console. what i would do is try using hlsw from hlsw.net to see server logs, etc. Maybe sv_echolog isn't fully complete..

I'll check it out...

BTW i am running freebsd 5.3 with linux-base-rh9 installed
I dont know if that matters since people are able to connect, i am able to type console commands like `kick`. Just don't see chat conversatons, player join/leaves, etc.

EDIT: nevermind, i am able to see it now after I rebooted.
