Disable any firewalls and virus scanners on your system.
Show me a screen shot of your portforwarding.

Make sure 27015 is only forwarded once.
You have it set twice Smile

haha... I know this is impossible... but i do not have a local area network connection. I have a m2n-e sli asus mobo with a ethernet in the motherboard. I get internet, but windows does not recognize the hardware...some how. So it is impossible for me to do a static ip. My ip is alwasy the same though. 192.168.1.110 (local) and my external is always the same, so I dont think it would make a difference if i made it static. But maybe it would. Any other advice please!

whats your command line on at the minute? also just try port forwarding 27014 - 27015, that seems to work fine for me.

ok well i think i can help you this time. when your port forwarding, with the ranges (ex: udp 27000-27015 and tcp 27030-27039) put them in one at a time so it would be like udp 27000, udp27001, etc... and tcp 27030, tcp 27031, etc... it worked for me Toungue

make a short cut and add this into the command line

srcds.exe -game cstrike -console +ip <ip> -port 27015 +maxplayers 11 +exec server.cfg +map de_dust2 +fps_max 600 -tickrate 100
