When I'm installing Srcds the way that this site explains. It goes all the way to 99.99 percent without any problem then says Error 10054 Winsock Error (Connection reset by peer). What can I do to get past this.

I got that problem when I was installing dodsbeta.
If srcds.exe got downloaded you should be fine.
But just to double check (which you should), run the same install command with -verify_all at the end.
