Exclamation
1. SCRDS Wont start up

2. I used the command line, and tutorial provided by the GMOD dedicated server setup: http://www.garrysmod.com/wiki/?title...d_Server_Setup. The command line launched the server and the "Server.cfg" file, however, I get a windows error exactly saying: "Could not allocate server IP port".

3. Yes, I have done the port forwarding to the UDP/TCP 27015, and of course, I have a Static IP. I have tried other ports, still no luck.

4. Im running Windows vista, im currently on a WAN network

I Start the server, its been port forwarded on this IP: 192.168.0.1.

I will click run, and type this in: c:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod +map gm_construct +maxplayers 16 -autoupdate, only because the SRCDS wont start.

This seems to run the server, I added it to favourites via the ip provided by http://www.whatismyip.net

It runs the name, it has a latency, max players and the provided map.

Although, when I join it, I get "Could not allocate server I.P port"

Im really hoping someone can help me out with this, at least tell me the basics, and all the details needed to run the dedicated Gmod Server.

Thanks Guys,

Don't use an IP address in your start up line unless your computer has multiple NICs.
If you have one Network Card, don't worry about it.

However it seems like your server IS starting if you can see it.
If scrds is crashing on boot, update with -verify_all
