Windows server?
You can install Peer Guardian 2 and set up an IP black list.
I think there might be a way to do it in the old-school windows firewall too but I'm not sure on how to do that.

Please do not PM me for server related help

if you have a firewall setup, use it to ban the ip globally. otherwise, im not sure.

If you have a router on the network, then you might be able to use that one for blocking certain addresses. But it really depends on which router you have (if any).

if your running windows, ipsec should do about what you need. from what I understand its built in.

You never specified the exact OS so I can't be sure. but you could just add your OS to that search string and it should bring it up. I haven't ever used that, but from what I understand, its (somewhat) similar to iptables, so it should do what you need.

use a firewall. windows integrated firewall won't do the job.

keep in mind that most people's ip address changes every so often, especially if their modem is restarted. unless they have a static IP, of course. so it may be pointless.
