CentOS 5 and srcds - connection problem each 5 minutes

I write from Vladivostok, Russia. Sorry for my English.
CentOS 5. I start srcds (cs or hl2) at all clients simultaneously each 5 minutes appears " Warning: connection problem ". And so some seconds, then game proceed. The server is in our city local network, the channel of 1000kb/s. Tried different config's - all as.
Other servers (ETQW, Farcry, Arma) work without problems.

try start you server with sv_lan 1 parameter

try start you server with sv_lan 1 parameter

Tried sv_lan 1 and sv_lan 0 - all the same. As 5 minutes...
