Wireless can be an issue.
Don't game over wireless.

Alright, the server is now non-wireless, and connected directly to the internet, still running off the same network as my laptop (the laptop is the one i play off of). And It still doesn't work.
Any Ideas?
PS: I have no firewalls/antivirus programs running. So It's not that.
