Can someone post instructions how to have two separate installs of TF2?

They should be independent of each other.

I want to have two separate TF2 servers on same linux box - same IP - different port.

copy it to a new folder is the easiest, just install one and do a cp blah blah to the new folder, then change the startup line to a new port.
