TF2 Server, how many slots can I run?

Another one of these fun questions.

I have one of the new Q9300 @ 2.5Ghz and I was wondering could I run a TF2 server with 32 slots @ 66 tick on one core?

If not, how many? Also how many slots can you run with TF2?
