I have just installed CS:S Server on my RedHat 9.0 Box. It runs on my local Network 192.168.0.0 and works perfectly, however my wireless users on network 10.1.1.0 cant seem to join as they get a "Invald STEAM UserID Ticket" error when they try and join. Both networks connect in to my RedHat Router, gateway for wired network is 192.168.0.1 and wireless is 10.1.1.1.
I have set my router/firewall up so the Wired network can see everything on the wireless side of things however the wireless cant see nothing except the router, i have port forwarding enable for the wireless so when they want to join the CS:S server the use the IP 10.1.1.1 which then gets forwarded to 192.168.0.6 on the wired network (which is the CS:S Server). I been reading up on this and its stated on the steampowered.com page that:
So i have been up all night playing with routing rules and everything else on both server and client side but all out of ideas, I want to keep the same set up i have as it keeps my wired network secured, so if anyone has any ideas or solutions that would be great!

Quote:The IP that the Game Server sees you connecting from is the same IP that the Steam network sees you connecting from otherwise it wont work
