strange recoil and screen shake in CSS server

So I followed the directions and got a CSS server up and running with mani admin. Seems to run great except for some strange recoil when I shoot.

When I shoot any gun, there seems to be a lot more recoil than normal. Also, if I Jump off a box or fall any distance the screen shakes a lot more too.

Is this a server setting I am not aware of?

to my knowledge there shouldn't be anything like that. Are you running any other plugins? I know there are plugins out there that will do this kind of stuff.

um...metamod as well. does that do it?

well, I think im on crack....lol. I took out metamod, as I'm really not sure what it does anyway, and its still the same...but then every server is like that. I wonder why it seemed to predominant on my server. anyway, thank you.
