Server Ip changes

Every time i restart my server the ip at the end changes. I mean the last part which for most servers is :27015 for me it changes to random numbers.. like 65054 or any other numbers. Im also behind a router and ive forwarded my ports and people can connect and everything just its annoying because every time i close the server and restart it the ip changes..

Do you have the: "-port" in your command line when you start the server?

eg: -port 27015

Hang on.. The IP changes or the port changes? Because you're saying 27015 which is port, then saying the IP changes, which one changes?

Generally a port change is because something is using the port it tried to use...

The ip stays the same. I have a static one or w.ebut the lastpart which is the :27015 always changes, and yes sadly io have a Dlink

yeah that called port, ive got the fucking noob dlink, but u have to forward ur ports,, and i dont get it to work, ive googeled everywhere but i dont find it, so its beacouse of the D-link router

I found some tutorials and ive forwarded them... but i still get random ports. Its so lame

yea me too,, so its very fucked up,, but ive got a new prob.. but its my secound server, my first was fine.. but now i cant get the server.cfg

Well it actually became 27015 wheni restarted the server once but after i closed it down and restarted its back to some random port again...
