OK...who's the smartest??

Hi everyone , I have a question about setting up a css server {why cant anyone see it??} ...I have run the updatetool installed all files correctly ,forwarded all the necessary ports/tried DMZ..updated the firmware , disabled firewall's { ive checked/rechecked and checked everything numerous times} just to be sure i wasnt missing something. anyways a little info on the setup....I am behind a linksys BEFSR41 V2 router { which I ran a css server through once before with np}...I connect to the server machine via remote desk top so there is no monitor or keyboard connected or i would have skipped the router all together.....as i said before i used to run a server off this same machine a couple years ago and recall having an issue like this before but cannot remember what i did to correct it...its just a small server i wanted to setup for a few friends who are new to css ...thought it would be a nice place for them to practice before jumping into the bigger servers. anyways any thoughts ,suggestions , or ideas are welcome.
thanks all for your time. BiO
OH and by the way ive done all kinds of related topic searches and tried many ideas ive found but with no resolve.

1200-1200 udp
27000-27015 udp
27020-27020 udp
27030-27039 tcp
27015-27015 tcp
27011-27011 tcp and udp
appreciate you taking a look at it for me.

You have the same ports forwarded twice.
You have the same ports forwarded to different IPs.

You can NOT do those. Doing so will brake your port forwarding because you are confusing the computer.

Fix that and then try it. If you still have problems, post another screen shot of your port forwarding.

You still have port 27015 and 27011 forwarded twice.

try this

remove all your port forwarding, cycle the router

then forward both tcp and udp for 1200 and another rule for tcp and udp for 27000 - 27040

i wonder if this is a router firmware issue....i tried going to some sites to see if my ports are forwarded and it says everything is closed.
