Multiple games

I have followed the tutorial on the home page and I am currently downloading all the files for CSS but I would like to know if it is possible to install multiple games into the same directory. Then run

./steam -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir . -username killer123 -password moomoo -remember_password

to run css or

./steam -command update -game "hl2dm" -dir . -username killer123 -password moomoo -remember_password

for half life 2 deathmatch, or would i have to download everything again for hl2dm?

I am guessing that if i also wanted cs 1.6 or cscz servers this would have to be separate from the srcds?

You can run HL2DM and CS:Source from the srcds installation, CS 1.6 requires a different installation (I don't know anything about running a CS:CZ server though).

Maybe you didn't understand my explanation, or I don't get yours .

You don't need to download HL2DM separate, even more - you can't! A HL2DM server is run from the same installation as a CS:Source server, if you downloaded the CS:Source server installation, you can run a server for HL2DM as well.
