SRCDS Steam group


Tf2 shortest possible spawn / no spawn.

Now i have been reading up on how to do this and such and i see beetlesmod crop up alot but i really don't know what i'm supposed to be doing with that, so what is the shortest spawn time i can set without beetlesmod and how would i do it? Thanks.

instant spawn is shortest, set bm_spawntime to 0 (i think)

There is a new vars built into TF2 to disable spawn. Check the updates....

Tried bm_spawntime to 0 and it didn't work and i have gone over the updates numerous times and found nothing about disabling the spawn, am i just being blind Smile?

How do i find the server.cfg file?

There should be a cfg folder. If you don't already have a server.cfg, you'll need to create one.

With what file?
Cause they're cfg files.

Create using notepad (in windows). Save as a .cfg rather then a .txt

There's a sourcemod plugin for instant respawn. I don't know if it works anymore since I haven't played around with my server in a long time.
