TF2 Dedicated Server Problems

Hey guys. Okay, this is my problem. I start my server, it blinks onto my screen for a seccond, then disappears. WTF?

My command line: c:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game tf -port 27017 +maxplayers 24 +map cp_dustbowl

I've checked the directory's repeatedly, so its not that. I'm stumped.

Okay, I put that in, and this is what I get. (See JPG)
And I left it for an hour and nothing happened... what the hell...

it's verify_all not verify all, the underscore is important.

Okay, i've been doing this verify_all thing for hours now. Nothings happening. View screenshot.

try it with .exe after the file name?
