TF2 conf help

Hello,

this is my very first post here. Thanks in advance for your help.

I would like to know if there is any cvar available to avoid in TF2 those 60 secs after the "waiting for other players" timeframe.

30 seconds waiting for other players plus 60 more to start the mision it's too much. I've tried with the 'mp_enableroundwaittime' cvar without any success.

And I would like to know if there is any way of using NPCs in TF2. I can see the 'mp_allowNPCs' cvar, but I don't know which is the next step to create NPCs if there are too many slots free.

Once more, thanks in advance for your help and sorry about my english. Trying hard.

That would be in your server.cfg as well.
However changing that was causing problems a while ago... so I never messed with it.
