how to fix error "compression failed, winsock error 0 no error"

whilst runing this program and it updates/installs the all files needed i came across an error

"compression failed, winsock error 0 no error"

no one has posted much on this error so i thought i would as i have just got this error
del c:\hlserver\clientregistry.blob
del c:\cssource\installrecord.blob

Then open "cmd"
type hldsupdatetool -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir c:\cssource
hit enter

start to pray i did this and works lovely

updater will verify all files and continue with the rest of download =) hope this helps
