Last night, I created a listen server and it worked perfectly.
Now, it is back to only being a LAN server... I have a static IP, so it's not that, but I have other people on my network using dynamic IPs. Can somebody help me? Since it worked, I know I have all the correct ports forwarded.

Make sure the command sv_lan on your server is set to 0.

Make sure that your local AND external IP has not changed. Best bet it that one of them changed.
