Server DLL Prob?

Does anybody know what is wrong im such a noob

Are you hosting on the same computer by any chance?
If yes: You can't

If no:
Do you have plug-ins running?
Yes? => try disable them
No? => Try to update the server with -verify_all added to the commandline

So i have to run it on another computer? Because i dont have another computer i can run it on.But i wont a dedicated atlest more then 33Tick.

Yes, you need a second computer, you can't host on the same computer as you play on.

Ok but i only have 1 router.So only 1 of my computers can be on the net at 1 time.

If you have another network card, you can plug that in and create a network bridge to the other computer

Do you have a router or a modem?
routers have at least 4 ports, modems only have 1.

LOL all i know is i have a Wireless and the thing i hook my computer in to get on the net.

So what i have is a Wireless router & a modem.So how do i do it with 2 computers?

The wireless router should have some ethernet ports as well, if you have a computer with wireless you can connect that too, just don't put the server on wireless

I'm afraid I can't help with any of that, I haven't used routers for at least 3 years, never have I used a wireless.
I don't know your set-up nor the equipment you have.

Try to read up on some basic networking on google, should get you enough info.
