HELP w/ dedicated server.cfg

can someone please provide me with a good server.cfg. I'm trying to run my own dedicated box on cable but i get some lag issues. Can you please help me or post by your server.cfg

This is a cable line that I do not use for any thing else onther than my source server. I'm not sure if this is a good enough but keep me posted. Any other ideas.

comcast has an initial burst for short downloads but if you keep up the traffic it goes down quite a bit. you should try to upload a 100Mb file or similar size somewhere and then see what your average speed is, then go and set your rates from there. i would do a maxrate of 12500 and see if that helps.
