It seems to have busted the 24 player limit remover plugin I have been using... are there any out there that still work?

lol, they messed up the player limit fix.

Valve clams stability.
It might also have to do with the maps being smaller. I personally have no problem with a 24 player server. It works fine for game play

the reason I use it is so I can have reserved slots, and still have a full server.
But i figured it out. In my server start scripts, I had -maxplayers 26 instead of +maxplayers 26 apparantly the update made it so -maxplayers didn't work any more.
