Any known cause/fix for "ED_Alloc: no free edicts"?

I run css on windows server 2003, I'm using the latest version of mani, metamod, and eventscripts (2.0); along with ghostchat, noblock, and a few eventscripts. Ever since I upgraded from evenscrips 1.5 to 2.0 I seem to be getting this error a lot more than before:



I would get it ocassionally before, but now it seems to be occurring almost daily and requires me to click ok in order for my batch script to restart my server. After reading around a bit, it seems it's caused by having too many entities on the map at once, but I don't (don't think so at least) have any scripts which spam entities or anything; similarly I can spam ma_give commands to #all and not be able to crash the server. So I guess I have 2 questions:

Is there some known cause of this? such as a problem with ES2.0? It doesn't seem to occur on any one map more than others.

And is there some way to make it just crash silently so I don't need to click ok to restart my server? I thought I disabled most error popups via the registry, but this one still breaks until I remote desktop into my server and fix it.

I hade this error on zombie server at 1.x version and it appers about 24 hours after restart
I think it's about es_tools
but after i started server as service in firedeamon error disapear
another way is make scripte ti reboot this server at early morning
or remove ES
