You can't see it on the list if the server is local.

im running a dynamic so it changes when the router resets does that matter ?
and the server ip is so far from my local ip 10.0.0.100 i have no idea what to do

Well the dynamic IP means that if someone adds your server to their favorites, and you reset your router, they have to find it again.

If your external IP changes, it will be tricky.
You get run a DNS that change with your IP, but I don't know how the SRCDS likes dynamic IPs. But your LOCAL IP should be static.

Does your router reset by it's self often, or usually because you reset it?
How often does your IP change?
Can you get a static IP from your ISP?
