please help how do i make people not download from me but from the internett ?

how to i make people download from the internett url download and not from me becoause when people try to join they have to download stuff from me and that takes loooooooooooong time so i haev to take off some stuff on my servre so more people kan go inn please help

If I catch Mooga's drift, I think you could use, for example for a map, sv_downloadurl "http://garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=28678"

Though if my understanding is correct, you'll need the direct download for the map.
Which is why it's suggested you get a private website (either free or paid for).

So you can use "http://www.website.com/downloads/map.bsp"

Thats wrong. Putting that in is a very BAD idea. When people try to download anything it will boot them.
You need to get webspace (buying is probably what you will need to do) and put all the maps into GAMENAME/maps and sounds into GAMENAME/sounds and such. Then direct sv_downloadurl to the GAMENAME folder.

i got a webspace know so i kan upload files to my website and all upload files with ftp tool and fix my website but what do in server.cfg what do i write know ? after i uploaded evrything sv_urdlwonload "? becaouse i didnt understand the gamename thing xD or do i make a new folder in ftp? called Counter Strike Source ? or css

make a folder on your website called css
add EVERY MAP to css/maps
add EVERY SOUND to css/sounds
in your server.cfg add sv_urldownload "http://www.WEBSITE.com/css"
