Cannot start 64 player css server with -maxplayer 64

Hi! Would need a bit of help here.

I've started a 64 players server running in console by writing -maxplayers 64 when I start srcds.exe. But only 40 ppl can join it? In the console it says 40/64 players has joined but when you try to connect it says the server is full? Can someone help me?

might be because of spawnpoints on the maps, there's only a limited number, you'll have to search for an addon that allows you to add spawnpoints to a map and that should get you around the limit.
