Delete the .blob file (should be under srcds folder) and run hldsupdatetool again.

Na, looks like a right management issue to me...
I've seen this a lot in windows.
Make the folder you want the server installed in, then run the installer. The server installer doesn't seem to think it has the rights to write in that area to make a folder. If the folder is there, it SHOULD work. Although some people say it might take a few tries.

Not a problem.
It's an odd error that I've ran into with several people trying to install servers.
I should probably make a write-out of it somewhere...
