I don't want to go through all the trouble of installing a Server for CS:S cause I've have had enough trouble as it is..... are the Tutorials on the Main Page of this Website up-to-date? I can basically get the server started.. my main issue is finding Mani-Admin-Plugin I go to the website I can't even find Mani Admin Plugin and it seems like they Favor Meta Mod more, so I find Mani off of other sites but I don't know if they are up to date. maybe if someone can give me a link to the latest Mani Version... do I need Meta for Mani? or what? most guides I find are out dated can someone help set up a server or point me to a nice guide I can trust?

Thanks a lot BLIK!
Another Question....
I got a roughly 2 1/2 MB of Upload, and I want to run a 16 person server I heard that's more than enough Bandwidth to do so.
And I'm running it on a Server I made out of my old AGP Box it's running a AMD 64 3000+ @ 2.0 GHz with 1 GB of DDR 3200 2x512 ( Dual Channel ) with a Maxtor 320 GB IDE HDD (7200rpm).
What is the Ideal "maxrate" I should have it at for players to run smooth and get a generous amount of ping, not lag at full players but not necessarily eat all of my Bandwidth?
Current is at 10000

Sorry for the Bump, but now every time I star my server it closes right away.
And it creates a bunch of "Steam__194572__2007_12_5T2_37_15C78.mdmp" files.
I used that guide and installed MetaMod and Mani as a plugin exactly how it told me. any ideas?

type "plugin_print" at the console for vsp version and it will list it if it's loaded
if you are using the metamod they type "meta list" instead

If you created the VDF and then it started working, you are using the VDF version.
It will be listed under the meta list command it metamod succesfully loads it.
Make sure you have the correct entry in the metamod.ini file for mani admin.

\addons\mani_admin_plugin\bin\mani_admin_plugin_mm i've even tried it with .dll at the end still no mani detected under "meta list"

what does your plugins.ini look like, or whatever the file is where you tell meta what to load.
