Bought a CSS Server Need Help Bad Voice Quality

This is my cfg for voice related stuff.
v_voicequality 5
sv_voicecodec vaudio_miles
Is there anyway to make this sound just a little bit better than teamspeak because when I go on other servers I can actually understand people and it is way better any help it currently sounds worse than teamspeak.

Remove all cvars that relate to audio and audio codecs. Then it uses the default - which is already of fairly good quality.

How exactly do i do that??? I'm new to the server admin stuff

If your server.cfg (in /cstrike/cfg/ ) contains any entries like "sv_voicecodec" or similar - anything relating to voice or codec - remove them.

The only cvar you should need is:

VOIP is a pain, really. 90% of all players are under the age of 12-13 and hearing their voices just is horrible.
