Zoomed screen in zombie mod

Ive been having this problem in my zombie mod on my server.
When ever a zombie dies in either , poison water, a barrel thats stuck insidle them, or just dies in general people get a zoomed screen. The screen is zoomed up so much that the person cannot move or shoot or do anything. When they respawn as ct and then get stabbed it goes away. Any suggestions?

I would try the Zombie Mod forums as it sounds like a mod problem.

I install es_tools on my server and this problem is gone
but there are many others -)
- after round time down to 0 round don't end - don't know how to solve
- zombie stuck - solved this, if sv_turbophisics 1 - zombie stuck in object then hit it by knife, but if you hit the button "use" zombie can move objects and unstuck
if sv_turbophisics 0 - zombie dont stuck and cant move objects
