Cannot restart....admin group problems 2

I cannot seem to restart my server at all, no matter how I look at doing it. I get this error when attempting to restart Cannot exec './srcds_run':No such file or directory. Also, whenever the server restarts or changes maps the admin groups I set up mysteriously disappear. Suggestions please?
