Haha iam not exactally sure. I dont know which one of these "solved" it, or if they all played a litle part
1)i bought a new netgear ga311 card- Old one was disconnecting it self 2)I went through all the steps on the lag free setup here http://www.laggfree.com- Longg tutorial not sure the difference 3)I cut my rates ALOT, went from 19200 to 8200- I feel i can up them again because the server is running great. 4) I redid the port setup on my router- Its a Dlink DGL-4500 5) I reset router/modem and got a new WAN IP. 6) Set srcds.exe priority to High Sorry if this doesnt help at all, i cant pin point what exactally fixxed it i just know it works =)

Its good you tried to explain. Now if others have problems we can tell them to look on page 3 of this topic.
