Mani Plugin Admin help.. :'( Plz

I have installed The Mani Plugin, and it works fine i am launching it in the
start-->run-->c:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +map de_dust -maxplayers 16 -autoupdate
When i launch it, it works fine, says Mani Plugin Loaded fine.. so there i go trying to make myself admin, i tried through ip
;192.168.x.xxx ( my i.p) , didnt work, i tried through id
STEAM_0:0:1043660x (my steam id)
still didnt work, but what i dont get is when i try to do an Admin command i get

FCVAR_SERVER_CAN_EXECUTE doesnt allow it , or something like that, and when i do MA_ADMIN or @MA_ADMIN it says
Admin command unknown or something its weird cuz initially i do get the Admin commands when i enter server, but than it says unknown, im confused as hell.. plz help me! been workingon this for 8 hours straight now.. im not getting anywhere

so i guess after fiddling with it i came to this conclusion if i use correct steam id like this
STEAM_0:0:1043660x (x is a number) i get

when i use an incorrect one like this,
STEAM0:0:1043660x (x is a number) i get

Mani Plugin: You are not an admin

soooo I must enable FCVAR or something? i dont get it..

Nope. Valve removed the ability to exec most commands on clients (which i believe is why you are getting this error). Try a different command that doesn't have anything to do with the client settings.

Thankx, actually other commands worked, and what i did than was i updated from 1.1 to 1.2 and it works like a charm =D
