runing problem!

Just to clarify, I still have exactly the same problem...

./srcds_run -console -game cstrike +map de_dust +maxplayers 16 +ip xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Auto detecting CPU
Using AMD Optimised binary.
Auto-restarting the server on crash

Console initialized.
Game.dll loaded for "Counter-Strike: Source"
maxplayers set to 32
maxplayers set to 16
Network: IP xxxxxxxxxxxx, mode MP, dedicated Yes, ports 27015 SV / 27005 CL
Executing dedicated server config file
Incorrect price blob version! Update your server!
ERROR: mp_dynamicpricing set to 1 but couldn't download the price list!
Error: Material "sprites/bubble" : proxy "AnimatedTexture" not found!
Section [Scenes]: 0 resources total 0 bytes, 0.00 % of limit (2.10 MB)
net.cpp (960) : Assertion Failed: 0 == iRet && iValLen == sizeof( iVal ) && cSendBufSize <= iVal
net.cpp (968) : Assertion Failed: 0 == iRet && iValLen == sizeof( iVal ) && cRecvBufSize <= iVal
couldn't exec server.cfg
Adding master server 72.165.61.189:27011
Adding master server 72.165.61.190:27011
Connection to Steam servers successful.
VAC secure mode is activated.

mikeytrw when u finished to load the srcds stuck for long time , and then continue working for a short time and then stuck again for a time and then continue working for a short time ?
it happen to me , muppet we need u help

It says "exit" there on the 2nd last line. I assume thats you typing exit? If so, it should start the 10 sec auto-restart thing inbuilt into srcds..

Everything that's come up there seems fine and no error has been thrown up saying the server is not up or not connected to the steam servers. I've just tested my server again with a fresh install of srcds using:

./srcds_run -game cstrike -ip 192.168.10.6 -port 27015 +maxplayers 30 -tickrate 100 +fps_max 1000 +map de_dust2 -autoupdate

and it works fine.

When you type "status" in console, what version do you have?

right. I didnt realise there was a difference between 'exit' and 'quit'....lol i thought the server was crashing on exit due to the net.cpp errors. I thought this because after having modded HLDS and having the problem I assumed there was a bug/issue with srcds.

i have version 3181..

All the errors there can be ignored and your server should still be up. Only one you should look at is the "couldn't exec server.cfg", so just create a server.cfg file.

Once you start it again, try connecting to it locally (via LAN) to test if the server is up.

Hmm.. i got mine to work by creating a server.cfg with that web page tool at http://www.cstrike-planet.com/cfgmaker?cfg=srcds

When I used the examples from here it went into a loop-crash. Not sure which setting is doing it but the dang thing is runnig now. Oh well.
