Problem whit Garrys mod dedicated server

hello i have just fixed so i can host a srcds server on my erver compuer and the game i wanna host is garrys mod 9 but i cant host dfor the server dosent run it comes like it shull normaly but the map opton is empty...

then when i use changelevel in the console it looks like this

plzzz can any one help me?????? its so boriung whit out the server
