Server problem

I hadn't been on my server in a while so i went on it the other day. I tried to put in cl_restrict_server_commands 0 so my mani menu would work. But, it said that there was no such czar... So i updateed my server to version 65 but i am still getting this same error. Know any solutions so my mani menu will work?

Bug. Update to latest mani version (unless its still bugged..).
