Error verifying STEAM UserID Ticket.

I got a server running on centos .

css version: 1.0.0.34, with Mani admin v1.2BetaR and Event script v1.2.1.005

and when some ppl try to connect its telling them :

Disconnect: Error verifying STEAM UserID Ticket.

in the server console its saying:

CreateFragmentsFromFile: 'downloads/656eef06.dat' doesn't exist.

close steam client and erase: ClientRegistry.Blob

start again and hold while it updates itself, reconnect and done

but it only kicks ppl from my server :S

close server, and do follow:

cd .steam
rm ClientRegistry.blob

even done, run update and let it check all out, even finished try to connect.

It could be a client-side problem as well, not related to your server. I get that sometimes when playing.
