Speex?

I remember our server using the Speex codec in 1.6 and it sounded SO much better than normal speech. Is there a way to use this in Source? If so, how do you install it? I'm a bit of a newbie at this.

You need to put this command into your "server.cfg" or just write it in the consol if you just want to test it out

sv_voicecodec voice_speex

But that's for 1.6. That doesn't work for Source. I think I have to put the speex codec in a folder, but what folder would it go in? The bin folder?
