Quake Sounds Error Message

My problem is - When I start the server, the most obvious thing is that I hear no quake sounds and see no text for the quake stuff.

In the console, it says: WARNING Alias [firstblood] for sound file [quake/firstblood.mp3] is not valid !!
(But says this for every quake sound file)

Does this just mean that the alias name doesn't match the name one of the cfg files are looking for?

What are the true alias names of these sound effects?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I had the same problem. Most times when new admins set up their server, they copy the \maps folder from their own play machine to their new server. There are a few others that need their contents to be copied as well,
\maps
\materials
\sound
\models
\resource

This should fix some of those nagging errors. Someone else may have input on some other folders but these fixed my issues.
