Changing game mode in gmod 10 (using ulx admin mod)

cant fiqure out how to change the game mode... or what file to edit to do such.. would love for some one to point me in the right direction for this

This is not ulx but you type sv_defaultgamemode SandBox or whatever game mode that you want into the rcon or server console and restart the server or change the map.

Example: !rcon changegamemode rp_hometown1999 LightRP
