does it mean the server cfg file with the rcon password and that on it, if so es i have that

you sure it's not saved as server.cfg.txt?

RIGHT! try and start css dedicated server, and when i do, it loads all the mani admin plugin things fine, then it says executing dedicated server config file and then restarts!!!
